Admission to LKG

Registration is open for one week only.

Age Criterion : - The child must be 3+ on Ist April of the session for which admission is sought in Nursery.

To save the youngsters from the mental pressure of the tests, interviews,admission is decided on basis of informal interaction with the parents and the child.

Admissions are closed as soon as the seats are filled.

List of selected candidates is put up on the school notice board on a given date.

The parents / guardians are required to deposit the fee within three days of declaration of the admission results, failing which the seats are treated as vacant and may be filled by other candidates at the discretion of the school authorities.
Documents to be submitted
To admit the child to LKG, Birth Certificate, Medical Certificate and three passport size photographs of the child & both the parents.
Note:- Reservation of seats as per Govt. Rules.
Admission to other classes (UKG to IX)

No admission is open for other classes. Any seats, if available, are offered in the month of February. These admissions are against the fixed seats for those who fulfil the Eligibility conditions given below:-
Classes UKG-II

Every candidate registered for admission to class UKG to II has to appear for informal interaction & activity based test to enable the school to see whether the child has achieved the required level in Language skills in English & Hindi as well as the Numerical ability in Mathematics.
Classes III to IX

Every candidate registered for admission to class III to IX has also to appear for a written test as well as interaction with the Admission committee.The written tests for these classes are conducted in the subjects of English, Mathematics & Hindi for classes III to VI & in English, Mathematics & Science for classes VII to IX.

The syllabus for the above tests is from the previous class.

Documents to be submitted
At the time of admission every student must produce T.C. and marksheets. Students from other states will have to get their transfer certificates countersigned by the District Education Officer/Inspector of School/CBSE/I C.S.E
Note:- 1. Reservation of seats as per Govt. Rules.
2. No admissions are done in classes X & XII.
Admission to Class XI

Registration for admission to class XI is opened every year from the day of declaration of the result of class X by CBSE.

The registration is opened only for 3-4 days after the declaration of the result in classes X.

Admission to the few seats available in class XI is made on the basis of merit which includes CGPA in class IX & X and Aptitude Test conducted by the school / CBSE.
